Film Festival Tour to Berlin

Example study tour

Created for Boomsatsuma Education

Boomsatsuma Education required a group travel package to facilitate the students’ visit to the Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale). The festival enabled students to visit one of the world’s largest public film festivals, to experience films across a spectrum of different genres, from documentaries to feature films.

StudyLink created a 4-day study tour package to Berlin, including booking Berlinale film tickets released only 72 hours in advance of the screenings, so that the students could immerse themselves in the festival and see the inspiring works of filmmakers from across the globe.

Staying at the centrally-location Meininger Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz for the next three nights, the group had free time scheduled on the first night to explore the local area at their leisure.

Day 2-3 - Berlinale International Film Festival

Continental breakfast served at the hotel.

The group used their pre-arranged Berlin International Film Festival tickets to see a variety of inspiring and emotive films from an array of international filmmakers.

In the evening, the group had free time to explore the city.

Day 4 - Return to the UK

Continental breakfast served at the hotel.

After check-out, the group could keep their luggage secure at the hotel property and spend the afternoon doing some sightseeing and cultural visits.
